It is a 5 star hotel. Reception area and lobbies are nicely made, but the rooms are quite small according to the pricing.

Probably the best option one can choose in Moradabad. The main lobby is quite impressive coupled with excellent food quality at their restaurant. The breakfast spread was quite satisfactory and well served. The front desk team and especially the Manager Mr. Rahul were extremely courteous and helpful in streamlining my checkout experience.
My checkout experience facilitated and optimised by the Managerial team in line with my meeting schedule. Also a great place to host lunch and dinner for the clients.

i book this hotel with breakfast but they charge me after taking the breakfast.
i talk to the front office but they denied and charge 1000 extra for morning breakfast.
Horrible Experience.

worst experience at all. I booked a room for a meeting, but due to gender difference, hotel denied to check-in room. money is not even refunded to me since I did not check in. due to this behavior I had to bear the loss not only the hotel room cost but the impression infront of the client.
