since afternoon I have check to check TV which was not working and multiple call has been done and I personally went at reception counter and asked to send someone but till time no name came.
since afternoon AC also not working just now started...
Room also not clean at all.
overall experience is pathetic.

Worst Hotel I ever visited, lift is not working, ac was not in working condition, no electricity and the most important old people who is staying in hotel has to use stair case for 6th and 7 th floor. This hotel doesn't deserve even 1 star

AC not working in both days of stay

Cockroach infested rooms.
No shower gel. No toilet paper. Non-functioning shower (very slow water flow)
Room maintenance is bad. Had paint chipping out from all the walls

Brakefast is not good, lift is non operational and you have to go 7th floor daily for breakfast without lift.

in your stay experience here
the bedsheets are tidy and ac not working even after complaining 4-5 times...they turn off the ac outlet externally so that it looks like the ac is working but actually it's just the fan and no cooling.
