I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The condition of the property is pathetic and clearly very old. Basic amenities were lacking—lights in the room were not working properly, and shockingly, there was no phone in the room to contact reception. The view from the window was just the backside of an old building, which made the room feel even more gloomy. Overall, the hotel seriously needs a complete upgrade to its facilities and infrastructure. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

excellent hospitality , owner is very kind, good homely food, excellent location where you can reach the hotel by walking on the mall road, rooms get their best with site scenes looking from the windows which makes the day beautiful from the dawn itself .. ❤️👍
we can spend the day in the hotel itself very peacefully..
