very poor response, fridge is not working so i asked them to replace it however no one is bothered about it.
do not mention your hotel as 4 star if you can't give that level of service

it’s a 2 or 3 star hotel .. they said one lunch or buffet is included but the restaurant said it’s not. they were confused and made me not want to come back. just checked out early and booked another hotel

Great stay with wonderful amenities provided. the only call out the bathroom taps and showers need an immediate replacement and look rusted and very old apart from that the stay was comfortable and the staff was very responsive for the needs we had. overall a food stay

the hotel stay was quite ok. room was good, but bathroom was not thoroughly clean, with patches of fungus round the wash basin. even the flush was not working properly. the buffet breakfast was good, more vegetarian options should be made available especially in the desert/bakery section, where everything contained eggs.
