My stay at the hotel was good. The property at the centre of the city is peaceful, has a lot of amenities, kid friendly. The experience at spa was amazing. Food at the restaurants is ok. The hospitality by the staff and management was also nice.

What was Good: 1) Location was easy accesible 2) Hygiene was maintained well and Staff were wearing Face masks all the time 3) Entire property was maintained clean What can be improved: 1) Spread at Breakfast can be increased. When compared with other 5 star hotels the spread was less 3) Taste can be improved based on customers request. Any 5 star hotel generally maintains Blunt taste. Stay was wonderful we r on a family tour for first time with our baby n we were so nervous about our baby food but thanks to sneha she helped us out with a wonderful homely baby food we r very happy through entire stay of us. Staff made us feel us homely .

As I am booked Delux King Size Room, but the Room they are providing after Check Inn is not at per. I am booked for 5 Star Category Hotel and expecting the Rooms as like as 5 Star Property, but the Rooms are below 2 Star Category, overall Nightmare.
