happy with stay but very late check in 3pm time and chekout is on time 12 am everything is ok only

Room no: 101 is what we were given, right next to open bar with a sound system . As my daughter(7yrs) had accompanied, asked for a change of room cos of sound system we were denied. Small pool.Very narrow corridors.Dining from noon onwards has meagre availability. People at reception were not courteous/ helpful , as we read about GOA and its hospitality of late. Seems 5 star, nothing more than a 3 star

"Had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was top-notch. The location is perfect for families, with the beach just a short walk away and a bustling market nearby with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Overall, it's an excellent choice for a family vacation. Highly recommend!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place! The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay experience. Highly recommend!" "The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of shopping options nearby. There are also numerous restaurants and food stores for lunch and dinner. Additionally, the hotel offers ample play areas for kids, making it an ideal stay for families."

The front desk names shivam is terrible no manners to talk .. he gave us room at 4.30 pm where as the check on time was 3pm and at checkout time was 12 pm .. he came 10 times in 20 minutes and even misbehaved with us we already told we will leave by 12.30-12.35.. but he banged the door.. finally I had call and speak to Manger who told him to move away... terrible staff

It was indeed a very warm welcome by Shobha Patil and Mr. Upadhyay. The experience at Hyatt Place exceeded our expectations. Miss Shobha and the team had planned a surprise welcome for our baby girl. We will never forget the beautiful gesture from the team. Every member of the Hyatt Place is so soft spoken and always ready to help.
