i have already shared review several times, my experienve was bad. their services were worst. i had to call 5 times for every single thing, to make things correct. their room's phone was not working, tv was not working, ac' s temperature was fluctuating by itself. i faced lots of issues in single day

stayed for two nights 1. their snacks menu during evening tea was exactly same for both days, 2. there is no dedicated place for evening tea and snacks, that area is too small and one might feel a great deal of discomfort while taking snacks and tea 3. had to call room service twice to get tea bags, 4. luggage was sent to room 30 minutes after i reached the room, that too after calling front desk twice 5. property is very beautiful, 6. rooms are very neat & clean, 7. valet parking is well managed, 8. breakfast service is commendable
