Stayed for 2 nights.It was not my first choice to stay here, nevertheless preferred it due to vicinity of my meeting place in Bangalore.The 1st room allocated was without a towel and had a broken bathroom knob. I checked in pretty late evening and the housekeeping had sufficient time to check before allocating the room (hotel check in time is 2 pm)!The reception staff is decent, they managed to allocate another room. Dining options at Spice it restaurant of Ibis are fairly good. ibis staff always willing to assist with your requirements. Kudos to the entire Ibis team at Ibis, Hosur road, Bengaluru

Its a small clean room. Toilet n room is very small and not expected with this price. Room was very clean and few staff was also well behaved Clean room

No guest relations, asked to book vehicle to airport on payment denied, only one vehicle it was prebooked hence can't provide, any outside, denied, food good, eminities not given despite prepayment, if asked only comb and Razer given, else not available. Bad

definitely the worst Ibis experience till date. never imagined the service in this branch to be so much below standard. service was very slow and rooms were not at all neat and tidy. toiletries were not provided. tv disturb. washroom maintenance issues. staff felt like newbies.
