far from the essence of a business hotel, only when you yourself dig in for facilities and decorum, you can get things done otherwise only fake smiles and fake demeanour with very less importance given to the authenticity, in other words in a business hotel where you are paying bonkers money, the reception don't even pick up phones at many occasions and give excuses such as the person was in the washroom many a times, just mostly lying to get through the carpet, 5/10 is my rating, a lot of improvement for the kind of money you take from us and even otherwise
