honestly Room size is average quite small washroom feel like train washroom food is good service is good every staff talked nicely helpful if you looking for luxury place for staying it's was average

Very pathetic check in process.

the stay was overall good. only the room service was not prompt enough and there were very limited options. besides the staff ,cleanliness , buffet were perfect

Disappointing Experience at Ibis Airport Hotel
"Despite being a big brand, my experience at Ibis Airport Hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, I requested the porter service to carry my luggage to the room, but was rudely informed that the service wasn't available. When I offered to pay extra, the receptionist bluntly said it wasn't possible.

Food not good enough. Service not good in restaurant. Tables were not cleaned after one use . I had to look for vacant clean table. Dosa was not good . Fruit replenishment was not prompt.

The staff has no hospitality, they're bad at resolving simple issues and take so much time to understand the problem, then blame u for misunderstanding whatever they said. Clearly cant serve you right! The food is very average

After booking confirmation when I reached hotel they are saying that the room is under maintenance and they have to shift the hotel.... This is totally disappointing moment as I have booked this hotel by seeing it also based on my plan of meeting happening near by, at the last moment when I reached hotel they are saying that we don't have room.... Really very disappointed
