pathetic !!!! nothing more to say shabby and match box type rooms with no proper ventilation bathrooms are like we have in flights .... no recommendations, want refund of money Even the breakfast have very limited options and when I asked for iron they said we have common iron floor wise you have to go there and iron it I mean a hotel with 1 star also provide iron in room Pathetic !

overall our stay was nice. a small suggestion, when a guest orders room service from your kitchen, you hotel ensures that the guest makes the payment first. this is too much especially for senior citizens. i don't know why you do this. anyway, it must be your management decision.
