had an amazing stay here. the staff was warm and welcoming. they were very kind and accommodating. the rooms are spacious, neat and clean. the bathroom too had all the necessary features including hot water and was big and clean. the staff had us provided with quality food within the stipulated time limit. it's at a very location, that is the main road with a market nearby. 10/10 recommend it to everyone.

Advantages: 1. Location near to railway station, and on main road, you get to access local commutation right at the gate. 2. Courteous staff. Helpful and accommodative. 3. You extra bed at no cost, for your kids, when you are travelling with family. 4. Decent food available. Price is ok or slightly on higher side. You get options to eat in nearby restaurants. Disadvantages: 1. Highly pricy when compared to other pilgrim centres. 2. Very small room size. 3. Limited other facilities for the price paid. I paid Rs. 11k per night.

hotel room is spacious and clean. room was upgraded during checkin without any additional cost and request. room dining service is on time and well behave staff. food are available on reasonable price. washroom is clean and sufficient space with toiletries items.very much worthy to stay

I was on a pilgrimage in Prayagraj. Stayed in this hotel for two nights. This is an excellent hotel. Very neat and clean. All staffs especially the front desk managers are so friendly and caring. Always eager to attend the guests. Very near to Prayagraj Junction. Fallen in love with this place. Thank you Icon Palace Inn! I like the calm and quite ambience. Very friendly and caring staff.

Very accommodating. Very helpful even if it was a late night check in. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were helpful in every way possible. Definitely recommend.
