This hotel has the worst Hygiene standards. There are stains and poop 💩 stains(?) and all kinds of stains on the sheets.When I talked to the manager he gave 2 more rooms, but they were even worse. Then I came to the conclusion about the hygiene standards.I had to book this as a last minute arrangement so I didn't have any other option apart from this, a decision I'll regret for a long period of time.

Rooms were not properly cleaned and there is TV but there is no dth connection ,no wifi connection and food is pathetic,breakfast snd staff is good but rest all was not worth the price, pathetically high prices but very low quality ugly rooms and we were the only ones to stay in whole resort

Not worth, let alone expensive! property is zero maintained as can see in pictures. I paid from room which was dirty, dirty sheets, dirty pillows, dirty bathroom. the least u people can do for the money u take is maintain basic hygiene in rooms. Zero maintained Amenities, snooker board the cue ball has more craters than planet earth, indoor sports court was dripping rain water all over due to leakage in roof. Resort is located over a large area. Lots of amneties. However, maintenance is not upto the mark. Room was big and spacious. Had a nice time in the swimming pool. If you are a vegetarian, food choice is very limited. Restaurant service was not good. AC was not working in the restaurant. Breakfast is served around 9:30 am. Reception & room service was good. They were very helpful. Overall an average or mixed experience.

The services was very poor. The food was also not good quality. The resort is very over expensive. Most of the rooms are locked and according to me this resort is not a happening one. They have to improve their services.

Very nice place to hang out. Campfire (if no rain) is really good. Rooms, food, swimming pool, play area are good. Except delay in serving that's why 4 star or else its a definite 5start rating.
