no drinking water, glasses, towels, soap; no room service. ac is leaking and no remote for that.
in 3 days booked we left second day because of facility.
and don't ask about bathroom. we cleaned before using it.
also the supervisor their don't care about anyrhings.

room was clean and staff also good. but just one thing out of 4 days 2 days room not cleaned from hotel side. we told two to three times to clean room but unfortunately it not happened.

LOCATION, SERVICE was good...staff was really helpfull and polite.. but few small things that lies on the hand of the hotel owner should be taken care of. the cistern was defective as the flush was not working and the latch of bathroom door was broken... also dirty linens were there.
but, the AC and the tv is good and relatively new. its cheaper than shanbhag hotel and also if you ask for non veg food they will bring .the staffs are very polite and helpful . if you ask for something they will definitely help.. room was cleaned on time
