The wifi services were poor, tv was not working, electricity was shut down very frequently, coffee was ordered and was asked to be shared hot in a flask but they served in a steel cup cold, and the complimentary breakfast was very limited

Ambience was amazing. Food was great. Location excellent, walkable distance from Yercaud lake. Only request is to ensure estate rooms have doors for the washrooms. Nice service, night ambience was brilliant with the lighting, forest atmosphere and natural settings. Helpful and supportive staff, arranged a dight seeing service in just half an hour.

The ambience and the wood fired pizza was the highlight, the only dampener was the brown coloured water flowing through the taps, it happened only for an hour though. Amazing

This place is serene and extant within a coffee plantation. The rooms are vintage with a colonial ambience. Staff Service is very good. The only drawback is its terrain and doesn't suit elderly people , particularly during rain. Restaurant food is tasty and hygienic . Must try their buffet . Internet isn't that great and we get frequent disconnect. The indoor game arena is in a dilapidated state. They have ample car park but quite full during the weekends. Overall , its worth the money to stay here
