1. to reach the property goibibo need to correct location
2. check-in is time taking
2. parking issue

It's a good studio set up in an easily accessible society with some major drawbacks that need the owners attention.After booking I received a message from the caretaker that I need to pay extra property charges of Rs 375 for housekeeping. I somehow did not like it but i realised this was mentioned in the House rules so I paid the amount. When I landed at the property I was required to do a self checkin as there was no staff.
