it was a pleasant stay, all the staff were very cooperative. we enjoyed the evening live songs and traditional food meal.

worst experience for the amount we paid for this package. House boat should be travelling in water but we they did it for 30 mins after long calls with goibibo customer service. And rooms were in pathetic condition no cleanliness and very bad smell from bathrooms. Staff were another nightmare no work ethics, professionalism and minimum common sense how to talk or behave with customers. Staff will prepare you before you board the boat that this boat may not start due to some issues with permissions.

They promised a complimentary candlelight dinner on Goibibo application, but it wasn’t provided. I had booked a premium room but didn’t receive the one I paid for. The service, however, was good—special thanks to Prince bro for his attentive care. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and overall not worth the amount paid.

Never expect such a pathetic service... all this area boat service are cheating ... we booked premium category full time AC... and 12 o'clock cruise time to till next 9am checkout... but they start the cruise around 3pm and when they start they have drama like generator not working and they switch off all AC & fan all power supply.. we feeling like hell inside the room ... then finally they stopped where they pickup and connected the power supply... for night 6 to morning 8am... 8 o'clock they g ...more

horrible. no light, water, no hot water. food quality is also mediocre. the generator is faulty. ac rooms on first floor not getting hot water as the machine is damaged since long as informed by the staff itself.

it's ok for single or bachelors, not recommended for family. u can go take a ride and come back, not at all suitable for night stay. food was terrible, very unhygienic. staff were good cooperative
