resort is around 5 km inside from main road and road condition is also not good so it takes around 15 min to travel to hotel from ticket counter office.
otherwise resort is good, staffs are very helpful, service is very nice..room size is very big…but food quality needs to be improved.

Travelling to the hotel the road was not so comfortable there were so many bumps. Staffs & services were excellent, and cleanliness was also very good.Room was spacious and comfortable and it was according to my expectation.Overall had a very nice stay and it was a great experience.

itwas a very nice experiance the resort shares the border to the core jungke, live calls and animal can be seen easily...in short full paisa vasool
it has a playing area, swiming pool and many more activities for children.. and a real romantic place for the couple

The hotel is situated at a nice location. Tala zone (Bandhavgarh National Park) is just at the back of the hotel. Anytime u can see the wild animals from ur room. Staff service is very nice. Cleanliness is very good. Food quality and taste is mouth watering. Overall i will give a 5star rating

I was surprised to see a resort maintained by infinity was managed so poorly. Pool was filled with dirt, insects, & algae. Paths were dirty and sandy. The only saving grace was the staff who was amusingly cheerful. The food was okay. Activites mentioned like table tennis, swimming pool games, Gym were not there. It was a sham. There is no spa available nor any entertainment like Folk Dances etc.

Its a fine property. Stay was fine. Every thing was fine there. No problem at all. Hotel provide an excellent service there no issue regarding that. Location was fine over there and hotel is easily located. Nice amenities and cleanliness over there.
