very bad rooms, pictures are very different from the original room, booked AC room, very small rooms with damp in all the wall, just 2 feet free space in room, very bad experience, try to avoid this hotel, totally waste of money

Amazing experience staying in this hotel.
Overall ambiance, room anterior, balcony, surrounding are something worthy of praise.
The food quality and customised quantity as per need is awesome.
The behaviour of Mr Bablu along with all other staff are very professional and friendly that one can feel the homely atmosphere here.
The hotel has a parking area and an adjoining small garden where one can spend quality time along with family.
Very near to see beach is an added advantage.
I'm giving a 10 out of 10 rating to Bakkhali Inodoy.

food is good. staffs are very good and friendly. hotel should start providing basic kits like dental kit, comb etc. these are small things but important from customer satisfaction perspective.
property has ample parking space. rooms and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. thanks to the hotel staffs

The hotel is nice regarding basic amenities. Rooms are clean. Room service is good. However one can probably do with a little less oil in the food. Overall good experience and pretty close to the beach. Also very safe place.
Quiet and safe. Plus is the working escalator.

overall experience was good. but some how it's over priced. Not upto the mark...... room tariff was quite high but the facilities are not complement the price.
