they charged additional 300 rupees to provide extra bed. but in our booking already we had that option. break fast was not provided. as break fast was also included in our stay. rooms are so dirty. wash rooms so horrible. full of smoke smell. stinking so badly. the reception guy was so rude. speaking bad words.
highly disappointed
not at all worth

mainly there is no parking area with this reason my car got a number of scratches by the parking road side. no spacious rooms and clean. even they are not to treat guests properly. small buildings spaces. in galli areas located the hotel.

My experience wasn't very positive. The staff is terrible. We reserved the room for two days, but on the first day, one of them rang our doorbell at night around 2 and asked us to go right away since they required the room for some reason.

even though the check-in was at 12 , i had to wait 1 hour to get my room , the ac was not working, the description showed breakfast was included but i didn't get any, overall it was a bad experience
