Spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning and nice, comfy extra wide beds. The beds here are so wide that I think even 4 adults can comfortably sleep on them. Very near to major restaurants, hypermarkets and institutions.

Over Priced for a Local lodge, I dont know why they are charging daily rent close to 4 star hotels near by like SILVER TIPS. Room at Iris does not worth more than 600 to 800 Rs per day. Congested parking and sub standard facilities. Do not fall for the lowest price at Kothamangalam.

Excellent and quiet atmosphere. A/C and hot water round the clock.The staff are friendly and helpful. Easy accessibility to ATM and public transport. Hospital also nearby.Very clean and tidy. well maintained rooms.

It's located on the main road itself so locating it was not an issue. The rooms in this property were fab as well, it was very clean & comfortable. Their services were very good as well & their staffs were very well behaved too. Overall I had really good experience staying here.

Excellent for families because of the large beds. Haven't seen such wide beds anywhere I stayed. 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids can sleep very comfortably in their triple AC rooms. Excellent.

Great location. All the essential amenities are provided complimentary. One of the most value for money air conditioned rooms I have stayed in. Neat, spacious rooms. The hotel facade does not look great, but trust me, the rooms are totally worth the price. I recommend.☺️
