This hotel is overpriced and should be maximum Rs 2000 to Rs 3000 for a suite. The room was clean. Breakfast is pathetic. Some staffs are good, but the reception girl was absolutely non-sense, they don't have sense that a customer satisfaction is critical more than 30 Rs. The girl had no concern or did not even bother to ask feedback about the fact that i did not take any breakfast for all three days and her comment was, " that was complimentary, so your choice". i asked for whole fruit only in ...more

Elegantly designed rooms. Entire property is spick and Span.
courteous Reception staff. Ample parking space and in the most perfect location in the south of Bangalore.

The rooms are very near ,cleaning and well maintained.all.the essentials were provided. Staff is also good and polite. Its just they need to improve their food quality.
Otherwise it was a very nice stay there.

Toilets aren't properly sound proofed that is one issue rest the property is really beautiful and the best part is it's in a location which has lots of accessibility to nightlife, breakfast, malls etc

very good property, car parking in on the road or we need to park at another property of iris at 200 mts.
we got up late and breakfast was not available but requested if they can arrange for bread n eggs they agreed but never informed that its chargeable. that too 490 for 1 eggs and 2 bread slice and 1 coffee.
definitely recommend this place but for these small issues.
