Seems its a new property hence there are many infra issues.
Like rooms, bedsheets and floor were dirty.
There were spiders and cobweb in room and bathroom.
Rooms were full of mosquitos so ask them to provide mosquito repellent machine.
Bathroom has floor levelling issue as water was not going down the drain and flooded the floor.
They don't answer Reception number post 10:30 pm, you would need to visit them at ground floor if you need anything.
