these people refused to give me a room on arrival. very bad and rude staff. also your customer care is of no help. really disappointed with the service. Will never use your application in the future. please look into the matter and take action against this property. otherwise you will only keep losing customers if you keep working with such properties. the staff also arguing with me like it's my fault.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Dirty room, ac doesn't work, bathroom door does not shut, they don't even provide complimentary water( i was charged for water as well)

there is ac but poor version and 24×7 hot water is coming from tap even you not turn geezer. bath area is clean

Very rude and unprofessional hotel staff, particularly the manager who is an absolute idiot who didn't have any manners of how to talk with the customers.Always hot water from the tap during the peak summer seasons no cold water facility is there.Its an utter wastage of money,time and energy of staying in this hotel.Never ever book this hotel.

this is the good hotel for budget price location is very easy from station to hotel and homely type stay here our family was happy for there stay reception manager will provide early check in we will always going there because this is the family hotel and very safe here wonderful overall coming next time again

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

wonderful hotel and safe here for family guest very helpful staff they have good amenities this is located prime location in main market new delhi railway station is walking distance to hotel main market is very prime location & hotel will provide hot water in morning time
