Rooms are not neat and stinking. Beds are not at all good. Bad smell in the bathroom and rooms. Pillows are smelling very bad.no wifi, no hot water

Not satisfactory, Even Drinking water not provided. Linen and towel were not neat, very old . The shower not working, no hot water. bad smell also in the room. I booked nonac room and taken ac room with additional Rs.500 paid. Actually I taken room because high rating showing. No restaurant, i asked one tea, reception person told, outside one small tea shop there, please go and have tea. So totally dissatisfied, this is an old hotel, not maintained properly. There is old model tv, currently, even small lodge also provides led/ Lcd tv. So my opinion, i not recommended this hotel.

1)very cooperative staffs
2)walkable distance to ksrtc stand and pvt stand
3)good rooms with balcony view
bad thing's
1)they are not providing mineral water on complimentary basis.
2)resturant is not functioning.
