Itsy Hotels HSR Comfort is the worst hotel I've been to. Receptionist is way too rude and also hygiene is 0/10.

Tap leakageRooms are not cleaned Bad smell in liftLift not working we use lift one time only in two daysI don't even take photosAC leaked from windows why because AC CABLES ARE GOING THROUGH WINDOWWindows not closed properly

Yes. The reception is not received the way we Expected. The room was so small. AC is not functional. Foot mate was not available. Totally room services are also very poor.

Rooms are good. Ventilation is good. Person called bharath. Who guided me. Nice faculty. Udupi Hotel is attached to this. Room service is totally good felt like home
