DearI recently booked a stay at Itsy Hotels Royal Galaxy, Prayagraj ( Room No- 404) through Goibibo, expecting a decent experience. However, my stay was extremely disappointing due to the following issues:• No Parking Arrangement – No proper parking facility was available.• Non-Functional Lift – My room was on the third floor, and the lift was not working, causing significant inconvenience.• Unhygienic Conditions – The bedsheet and blanket cover were dirty and torn.• No Basic Amenities – The roo ...more

No proper reception. ..No drinking water, breakfast was of not good quality. Water was not available for long time in the morning.
Very very bad experience.
No value for money
I do not recommend.
