The hotel is good with good food but the buffet Breakfast is not good with no more items except 2 items. Bathrooms are not clean as well it's ok ok kind

Good: 1) Beautifully decorated rooms , comfortable and pleasant stay 😎 2) Very polite and well behaved staff 3) Food is excellent, kadahi paneer and vegetable kofta was awesome 👍 Bad: 1) Steep staircase without any railing for support 2) The blanket was not hygienic, had dust and a stale smell 3) Pick up from bus stand was denied by hotel due to which it became inconvenient to reach the location

stay experience: no heater facilities, they charge extra - 500 rupees per day for heater which is a basic amenity in a hotel that's located in hill stations. for 4 hours, the extended check out time, they charged 1200 rupees. poor experience.
