it's an ok ok stay...the locks of the main door was messed up...so that's a safety issue. I checked in as a solo traveller. I ordered food from outside nor knowing the quantity would be wayy too much for one person. seeing the size of the package the guy the reception asked of there is anybody else with me and that there are cameras you will be fined if anyone extra is found. The stay was average and in the app it was said that late check in and check out were available but the hotel management didn’t allow late checkout even though rooms were available

the room was neat and tidy but the bathroom was smelly. ac was not throwing enough air in mid of the night. overall for one night you can crash here if you don’t have any other options in outside bangalore.

Car parking not available. Bike can be parked in the basement. it's in the service road next to skoda showroom. Clean room and clean washroom. WiFi available

it was nice and pleasant stay at itsy hotel silver key the room was so clean and everything is on proper way alongwith the polite and supportive behaviour or hotel staff i would love to come again here and would refer to everyone who comes to electronic city for this hotel.

It's a terrible experience. there no fan in the room, No car parking available. Complimentary breakfast is very average. In they mentioned early check in and check out for complimentary but in hotel they said room is available but its chargeable. they not even care about this so please don't fall this complementary things. in bathroom flush tank push button is not there, we used wood spoon for flushing. Receptionist were very rude. i asked extra chair, they said we won't give extra chair. please double consider while booking

They have not provided Early check in and check out and get extra payment for that .They told it's for advertisement we will not provide any early 2hrs check in and 2hrs late out out .Room facilities not good and restroom not cleaned properly.
