Great experience at Ivaan cottages. Located 5mins from the river but at a safe height. We thoroughly enjoyed the rains chilling in the common area. View from the room is awesome, you can wake-up with the view of Green mountains in monsoons, food is good at premises cafe, their loaded sandwiches are genuinely loaded (must try+ Masala chai), staff is friendly, Overall a happy stay.
