Ivon's is simply the best. You can see the beach from your room. The host and their family are so welcoming and helpful and more importantly, the other guest at Ivon's are mostly foreigners staying long term, so there are very few chances of your stay getting ruined by someone who came to goa just to get drunk and play loud music. They have a restaurant attached to the guest house and the food and staff there were just amazing. If you are planning to stay close to the beach in a low cost, but comfortable and safe environment, think no further.

As I see Only Arambol beach have privacy otherwise all beaches are like Waterpark and full of Tatto wala's, Chair wala's and Ride wala's. Ivon Guest house is in perfect location and only 2 Min walking distance.

staying at Ivon was a feeling of relaxing in your own home. Owner was so kind and co operative. amenities they have mentioned on site are there in place. like cleaning and hygiene, hot water, taxi service with reasonable rates. Arambol beach was at walking distance from the place. it's worth it to live here. they have their own restarent also and food is also reasonable.

It has been a great experience in Ivon's guest house. You will welcomed with a smile. Friendly owner. Clean and neat rooms, clean blankets, tasty food, wonderful restaurant staff.only the issue faces was location wasn't updated properly. Went with family, everyone liked the hotel and the people. Felt like home.

this place is amazing. the people in charge make you feel at home instantly. The beach is about a minute's distance on foot and the peace and scenery is to die for. it doesn't have ac though (or atleast the room i stayed in didn't) so this might be a problem from some people but otherwise definitely recommend it for a budget stay.
