Room was sufficient for 2 people but when i entered found some hairs on bed and few holes on bed sheet... Also on toilet seat there was water which feels someone recently used it also in basin paan masala stains was there which went out when i washed my hands also there were no tissue or toilet papers given, again felt someone used it recently but kept unclean... No shampoo No toiletries... giving two stars just for the room size

Good room, but very outside of Navi Mumbai. Bathroom was very small. You have to ask for toiletries. No complain. Overall average stay!

a lot of things that were mentioned were missing from the hotel room. We had to ask for a room change. The changed room was better but even that was not upto the mark. I have visited this hotel before, and the rooms were good the last time I visited

We took a suite room, it was good experience service is very good and stays is very cooperative and the food is fabulous we have try many places but this is very actually and it's worth to stay here
