Worst Experience there. AC of the room was continuously tripping. When asked to change the room,they denied and staff mentioned that they will get it repaired. This usually takes 1-2 hour if not some basic fault. The question is why the guest should suffer there stay time without ac when they have paid the full amount upfront.

pathetic stay experience ,very poor room service as staff is always on late have to call at reception a lot .Food is of bad taste ,AC cooling is not upto the mark .

the worst stay experience i have had till date. i had booked a super deluxe room but they provided on deluxe room. the ac, flush were not working, bedsheet and pillow cover had burnt marks and holes. no water was provided even after multiple reminders. staff were very rude and even the managing director had no sense of talking. food service took them more than an hour and the taste and quality was pathetic
