Hotel was quite good wid prime location..room was spacious and comfortable..there was centralised AC with all basic amenities ie electric kettle,hair dryer,mini bar,television.blind window shades were perfect..complimentary breakfast was yumm..over all great experience

Checkin issue...No discount provided on food..For morning buffet got only 2 juices worth Rs10 and 2 jam bread...

Location in the centre...staff is extremely co-operative....but room facilities need improvement....in one room the fan was creaking loudly...they changed the room...in 2 nd room the bathroom exhaust was not working..they wanted to change that room also but we didn't option for that ...food was good...one negative was that the hotel backup power supply during the frequent power cuts was extremely loud...the transition was not smooth at all.

We paid 5000/- + for a night in this hotel with breakfast, trust me it's the most pathetic hotel to ever be. In the name of toiletries they give 2 Rs medimix soaps. Breakfast starts at 07.00AM we requested to just give 10 mins early as we had a flight at 08.45 AM. They said yes first and later said it's not possible. Basic Amenities like hot water for bath and changing of drinking water when guest comes in is also not there. They have put a sign in bathroom to save water, but they ask you to was ...more
