cockroach here and there.
fan regulator is also defective.
blanket and pillow cover is smeeling.
water facility is very good , both hot and cold water is available.
affordable rate.

I was discounted... 1500rs per night is more and no proper service, we had to say for cleaning. just managed to stay there. old style room size is fine but washroom is so small. if they maintain well then it can make sense to stay there. wifi also not there ... only giving 1* for bigger room

Average Hotel , Not nearby Pune Railway Station , It's 1.9 Km. From Pune Railway Station. there is lot's mosquitoes in room & Reception area because construction side is near hotel. I ask them for Allout or Mosquito Coil but they don't give me any. I upload a photo Construction site from room window. so carefully book this hotel.

The room is ok in cleanliness but can be better on the price front, especially when you are having a non ac room does not sound good.
