it deserves a zero. the room is pathetic. very dirty. manager is very rude. uses all kind of badwords. I just asked for hot water (that too bcoz the geyser wasn’t working) and he started abusing. stay on the station but not this hotel

when we entered into hotel ,they were even not ready to provide rooms .after arguing approx1.5 hours they were ready to provide rooms.it was seriously disgusting,never happened before in my life
