Nice location,it is in heart of the city, near by good restaurant,Gagan and milan.now the hotel is under renovation.when all rooms are fulled found water shortage at morning 4am to 6.00am it is totally budget hotel.poor service but manager join is quite promise able person.try to result issue quickly
Most of the time local tour operators are bringing the tourist.we stay 28-2-18 to 6-3-18.phonicbay jetty 1.8 km janglighat also1.6 km air port 3km .I must thanks to the driver cum owner of my rental car mr.Biplob Biswas who has made our trip great success..

This is in the heart of the city. Everything is at walking distance. The rooms are clean. However the quality of service is sub standard. We did not get water in the bathroom early in the removing when we were in a hurry to leave.

My worst hotel experience ever...I had booked a single AC room for three days(24-26 dec) and I was given a horrible non AC room. When asked, the manager first told me to manage for one night and that he will provide me with an AC room in the morning. When asked the next day, he told me that he can’t provide an AC room .... I have booked one ac two bedroom. but they provide me one non ac single bedroom. while I asked them they told me only this room we have. I had no option. so I had stay there.

This Hotel is situated 5 kms from the Airport and if you book online please make sure you carry a print out with you when you reach there cause here there is no net connectivity even 2G from Airtel or BSNL is not working all over Port Blair, cause they are asking for print outs of the Booking we made and Net Café took 1 hour to download this booking voucher and print.
Room Cleanliness is ok and there is no lift and you have to walk 2 floors up and it might not suitable for elderly people beside hotel there is a Taxi stand so easy to get access to anywhere in Port Blair
