Service is not up to the mark. They were refusing to give room heaters even on.remt as well. The view is good for the rooms but not worth it as per the prices.

Hotel Jain Group Lachung Continental had a very spacious room and the ventilation of our room was superb. It was on fourth floor and we could really see the mountains and the clouds from our window. We had a two night stay and loved the food of the restaurant also. It was not that much pricey as the hotels in Lachen are but it was comparatively low - the stay of the hotel and the food rate also. We loved the staff and they're were really helpful. Thankyou Abhinav Ghosh

The hotel is very nice big room with clean linen and tea kettle the staff is courteous,polite, humble,honest and hardworking the restaurant serves pure vegetarian tasty food.The hall has nice painting and photos.The hotel runs hot and cold water 24 hours, the hotel has DG for electricity backup.I highly recommend this family friendly hotel if I visit again I will definitely stay in this hotel.
