The hotel property is huge with 170 rooms ,has swimming pool but the water was not treated was dirty the rooms are ok bathroom had no toiletries and uncleaned ,the Reception staff was not welcoming very adamant ,upon complaining about the Restaurent entrance which was dirty with food lying on the floor they argued ,There are no intercoms/service telefones to contact for services,Breakfast had very few items and charge 200plus tax
Has a club side but are not functional
Better hotels are around for better services
service staff are untrained

there is no water inside the pool. and the one on terrace was filled with dirty water...my children were disappointed

Pathetic experience..not even a telephone in the room.the washroom door knob got broken.. food comming 1hr late.. didn't get tea which was ordered 30 mins before..had to wait for 45 mins for the tea.. eventually we didn't get the tea.. resturant manager behaviour is so so so so poor.. started arguing with us when we told that tea didn't come.. the pool water is not purified.. everyone is bathing in that dirty pool water.. charged night for a room but the service was worst than a 1000 per night hotel room.. absolutely dont recommend at all..

rooms were shabby, no housekeeping done for 2 days, even the restaurant area was not clean apart from all other common areas.the service and attitude of staff was also very unwelcoming and non professional.highly dissapponted with the stay as compared to the price offeredrooms were shabby, no housekeeping done for 2 days, even the restaurant area was not clean apart from all other common areas.
