Hotel maintenance is not good, servicing staff doesn't have respect towards customers, they kept name as international hotel but many local lodges rooms will be better than this

worst decision to book hotel jaya international, they charge extra by saying free wifi but it was not at all working, people who are doing office work do not book this hotel as you will face alot of issues poor service, ac not working,bathroom mirro not clean, comad damage faucet damage, no room service given even after calling them multiple times, DO NOT GO FOR HOTEL JAYA INTERNATIONAL AS YOU WILL REGRET LATER AFTER PAYING 2000 FOR A DAY. WORST EVER Experience IN HOTEL JAYA INTERNATIONAL 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Room no 306 & wash room are Dirty, main door & wash room door locks broken informed to reception but no positive response. surprisingly no complimentary water bottles in the room found. very old & damaged window AC with heavy sounds working. no extra bed was provided.Receptionist is not at all coperative and overall experience was very bad.

Check in staff is very rude and not helpy nature, rooms are ok type, bathrooms are very dirty, warm water is not coming in bathroom, bedsheets are dirty, waiters staff is best

The check in experience was horrible... but the hotel was okay ..after booking and there is some error in filling the total person number. but they didn't co-operate in that . Goibibo helpline was very supportive and helpful.
