jaylos resort is a good place to stay. peaceful and close to nature. they should improve the service in the following areas - 1. keep the room neat with all necessary items in place like water, coffee, towels etc 2. clean the room post room service in time 3. room service and restaurants should be made available early in the morning. 4. provide intercoms 5. the restaurant should be clean 6. add more equipment for children 7. improve promptness in the service

It was a nice stay. Rooms are spacious at late night and early morning its windy too. I had stayed in cottage. Overall simple and nice stay. Caretaker Mukesh was really helpful in providing the services

Ambience and location of resort is beautiful and thats the only best part about the resort. Food is pathetic and unreasonably costly in perticular.Also the service is somehow disappointing. If you are not very perticular about good food ,good service and want to enjoy scenery of beautiful resort then this is place for you else look for other options.

pathetic property, they supply lake water in bathrooms, it's all muddy and you wouldn't feel like washing your face and taking bath with that kind of water. When I complained the guy at reception told me that it is due to some issue with their water pump they had to use lake water. but in reality they always do that, they don't have clean water there, only limited which they use in their private stay. For gusts lake water is what they supply. Don't go there. I was travelling with kid and it was horrible experience. don't go there.

The resort is located on hillside and 30-40 mins drive from igatpuri main city. The road is not so good reaching the resort and also no signage on roads, so google map is must. The resort is at scenic location and well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly and good services and get you anything you need. It was good resort to connect with nature but bit inside from main Mumbai - Nashik highway also road is not great. Overall refreshing Trip. Food is good. Keeps you away from daily routine and chaos.

One Of The Excellent Place In Igatpuri Region. Excellent Location With Lot's Of Greenery. Amenities were Also Good. Food Is Good. Staff Is good , Caring And Helping In Nature. Nice Place.
