Dining staff are very helpful and courteous, including the housekeeping. Can't say about the rest I'm a regular at this property, however, service needs to be improved and not always asking for review by the Rest(Got it?)

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Misleading Listing I had booked a single king-size room, but upon arrival, I was informed that only double-sharing rooms were available. This was quite frustrating, especially since the room I was given was nothing like the photos—small, poorly maintained, and clearly in need of renovation. The service was equally disappointing.
