The hotel is a bit outdated and their AC doesn't work that well. Also, they joined the bed to make it a single bed but that was a horrible experience as the bed had a bump in the middle

This FIVE star hotel is joke. 1st pic is of my stay last week which i showed to manager during check out. today when i again checked in. No improvement. Last time my room was just basic but better than this time (so called club premier, for which i paid extra), this room is pathetic, old fittings, flush does not work, ceiling light flickers, internet speed is 2G. Highly disappointed

I stayed here for the purpose of visiting US VISA application center to submit my biometrics. 15 min drive to shivaji metro station from the hotel. Property is clean and well maintained. Timely service and quick attendance by the staff. Fully satisfied and worth the money paid. South Indian breakfast combo available at the restaurant which is very tasteful.

It was a very bad experience, I specifically booked a king bed room and they gave me a twin bed, on complaint they just joined the bed which was uneven and different in size. also the staff bluntly said it's subject to availability which was not the case as I specifically booked for a king bed room. Overall a disappointment.
