I will never recommend any tourist or person to stay in Hotel . It was such a bad experience ever to in Varanasi It was om prakash kumar sir from Goibibo team who resolved my problem and helped me so thanks to him

First, The Manager said on phone call that "There is a key issue, then on request he provided me the key of room Second, The hotel had no Soaps, or bathroom kit.

very bad service and staff behaviour very cheep forcefully submit rating review and and restaurant service not available and do items available very high rate on market prise and not provide dentel kit and washroom kit no complimentary service on water pay and use water humbly request goibibo remove the hotel this website otherwise goibibo credit damage

I recommend senior citizens to choose ground floor rooms as we took that one big room for our two families. Mr. pandey arranged food late night. thank you for that. we will definitely recommend others . Thank you.

Very...very..very bad. Took more money. But very bad experience..room is shaby, no AC, No parking, old blankets offered, money took for one delux bedroom, but given one single room for 3 people. Bathroom is in more worst condition. Promised to change the room, but failed to do so. Moreover, even did not offer one water bottle. Very bad experience. Please don't suggest this hotel to your customers.

Worst ………One of the worst Hotel in Varanasi Please do not book & go for room.In my life worst experience.I booked and got confirmation I went 09:00 pm in hotel and show my Booking order, then Hotel manager even not looking my face and straight replying I don’t have room.I disappointed and his is looking other customers and giving room with high Price and I was waited around 1-2 hours. Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!I had a confirmed booking at Hotel Jee, Varanasi, yet the staff initially refused to provide any rooms just because I booked . After repeated arguments, they reluctantly gave us one room instead of two, forcing six people into an unclean, poorly maintained space.The room had no running water, no hot water, no extra bedding, and unhygienic toilets outside. To make matters worse, by morning, the entire staff had disappeared, leaving no one to address complaints.Extremely unprofessional and mismanaged—avoid this hotel at all costs!Nothing

It is so terrible. Even after booking hotel in advance with paid amount, they said there is no booking and booking has been cancelled. They said if you want you can sleep in dormitory and allotted us two mattresses. They even did the same thing with other people also. They are charging more amount for on counter booking and cancelling the booking.
