Room is clean. AC works fine. Bathrooms are clean. Parking space available. Hot water available. Kettle, cupboard, beds, towels etc amenities are provided without asking. No complaint.
However no one responds to reception No9 call.. but not a major issue for me.

Before i booked the room, it was mentioned that breakfast was complimentary. In the morning it was a surprise to me there is no breakfast in the hotel. My plan got delayed because of this. I would suggest hotel to publish the information correctly

the stay was pleasant, the property was clean and had adequate amenities.
the only disadvantage was that we had booked 2 standard rooms for 3 people each and 1 standard room for 2 people - but there's was no provision for 3 people staying in a room.
we were asked to book an additional delux room and were charged 2100 extra which is unfair for customers. this needs to be handled better. also water bottles were charged.

Nice location just 5 min walk from New KSRTC Bus stand. one can get 24 hrs bus for Bengaluru from here.
Clean rooms and beds. Good and helping staff. Must visit.

Hotel room was too good for the price.. People who want to stay in this hotel, google maps shows a way where road was not good. There is another way to reach the hotel which was good.

It's a brand new hotel with a very good ambiance. A perfect place for solo, family, and business travelers. Walkable distance from bus station.

It was an wonderful stay here at Jesta residency. Facilities they provide are outstanding. Rooms are well cleaned and this place also has a positive vibe. Staffs here are very welcoming and they are very pleased to guide or help us if we have any concern.

The property is good and clean, but the rooms are way smaller than photos, it's not worth the money, rooms are really congested , and no food available in the hotel , you should always order on SWIGGY/ Zomato, so that was an additional hassle
