My experience @Jiva was average. the hotel staff was very helpful, no doubt, and that is it about the pros. Hotel location is great if you're there for a view, but it can become a challenge for someone to find this hotel.Also, when I was given "THE WORST" room in the hotel. and when I say "the worst", I mean it. I booked a "balcony view" room FOR 2 DAYS and they gave me a room with view of a "WALL". and mind you that the hotel was almost empty, and I booked the room weeks ago, so I think I shoul ...more

Not worth it. Poor and slow service. Room was all dirty on arriving (dirty towels, bedsheet and pillows). Won’t recommend

Beautiful place for stay. Neat and clean rooms , the staff was so cooperation even they provide pickup and drop service. You can enjoy beautiful Dun valley view from your room.
