pet friendly, nice and polite staff, good cottages, location, neat and clean. flush was not working. there is a gap between cottage woodwork from where someone can peek into your room.

Awesome stay, it was my second stay with JP resort. Amazing property with all the amenities and best part is that it is very near to the beach, almost a walking distance for 5 minutes.

I recently stayed at JP Resort and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Since I'm goan and stayed at so many hotels around Goa, I had worst experience. I have attached photos of hotel room. Found rat in the cupboard. TV was missing and also sliding door was broken and it was fixed with normal cello tape.
