We booked 3 AC rooms, for total 12 people. ACs were not working in the double bed rooms. Alternatively, We were offered 2 BHK block with single washroom. Temporary 2nd washroom, in another non-ac room. Not even given mattresses & pillows and bed sheets for 12 people. Room cleaning has not been done, only once in 3 days. Not even allowed late check out by 2 hours (upto 12noon), for only 2 people. It's a pathetic experience. Only advantage is car parking is there. Finally, I don't recommend this property.

hotel ,rooms ,bathrooms ,bed was very dirty .Ac was working .no tv in the room.location was near to the beach.

rooms ke photo alag dhikhatehe ye log aur room alag dete hai room clean vagera kuch nahi rehate aur room ki light bhi bar bar jati haihotel me kisikobhi call kiya to uthate nahi hain

Js Holiday homes, quite horrible experience we had. Staff's behavior was not good. We went in summer season, AC wasn't working well. Rooms were horrible and uncleaned. Staff's behavior is too much aggressive. I will not refer this to my family and friends.

firstly I didn't receive any updates from the hotel. we reached Goa by 11 pm. tried to contact hotel during evening about our delay in checkin. it's been a while before they answered the call. then they said hotel is fully occupied and we don't have any room despite our confirmed and fully paid booking. hotel gut harshly told to talked to support team and cut the call.as well and we end up in paying a higher amount for a worse room. I have to take that since we reached goa by midnight and need a room.

Two AC rooms booked for 4 person. But one non AC room provided for 4 person. No electricity back up. Rude behavior.
