Here's my honest review:
pros:
1. Rooms are big and spacious
2. The owner is so humble, generous and friendly
3. All the staff are very kind and helpful
4. Kid friendly swimming pool
5. Surrounded by hills and farms
6. Delicious food and many more...
cons:
1. Power cut off is very frequent
2. Water in the swimming pool is not very clean
Overall it's a good resort to stay and I'd recommend too but personally I would like to stay in winter rather than summer because of the frequent power cut off.

lights went out 4 times at night, the staff was sleeping and the guests were chasing the owner of the property (in gurgaon) to turn on the generator every time.
there were spiders and other insects in the pool. very unhygienic.
doors of the room were not locking.

This is the worst hotel/resort at Uttarakhand. I don't know weather the owner takes care of his employees or not, but they are just looting people for free. 1) Rooms are uncleaned, no proper hygiene. Wardrobes are breaking and nobody is there to take care of that.2) The room service guys are terrible. They are adamant and will tell you "No" on your face. They need to learn something called "Behaviour". Once you order one tea, it will take 2-3 hours to make that. Such a third-class service.3) Loc ...more

Experience was very poor.
I booked 2 rooms for 1 night.
In one room TV didn't had electric supply and in another room set top box was not recharged so both TV was remained off.
RO machine is not working so provided tap water to drink.
Swimming pool was dirty.. they didn't run water filter even after seeing guest are there.
Food is quality was good but quantity was very less.
whatever they have we had to eat because no restaurant is nearby.

worst.........no other words please.
No water/ purchase bottled water every time that too charged at 40/- per bottle instead of MRP of 20/-.
No towels, bed sheets.
No electricity.
AC not working.
Reception usually unmanned, have to search for some worker, no intercom, reception outside hotel.
Generator switched on after half an hour of electricity cut, that was frequent enough for sleepless night.

Aaloo Puri in the name of buffet breakfast.
Dal like Pani, aalooo, raita in the name of buffet dinner.

it is one of the best stay..very near to jim Corbett ..the food is very tasty and it is a family friendly place ...in short I could say that ..it is one of the best stays I've ever been
