Stayed there with family for 2 nights. Had a very bad experience starting with bad sewer like smell in bathroom that fill-in bedroom. Staff acknowledged the problem but turned a blind eye stating all rooms are occupied. Don't know why they will allot such a room to anyone, just to collect some profit. I spoke to manager for refund but they denied. Reaching property is a challenge if you have small car. Road is very narrow, not well maintained, full of potholes and there is no light. Rooms are very very small. The staff are really rude all the time except for the restaurant staff. While booking I have clearly mentioned 2 kids but the Bed they have provided was very small. There is no provision for kids to sleep. Asked them about the problem, but they replied you have to adjust. Worst service by reception. With this price you will get better resorts in Madikeri. My recommendation is not to consider it for the family with Kids.

it was great stay here. Neat and clean rooms. Ample parking space. Nice view of hills. Food was good.

The hotel has less staff to give you serivec,the room are not so clean ,the bathroom does not get closed the staff for luggage help is not at all friendly
